Today I thought of discussing about fennel water, this drink is not good only for weight loss but also has many benefits associated with it. This ingredient is found in every kitchen and is also very easy on pocket.
now, talking about fennel water, it is simply water with infused fennel in it. Though there are two different ways to infuse it and I would discuss both but first let me discuss the benefits of this ingredient.

1)Boil a cup of water and add 2 tbsp of fennel seeds to it. let it boil on slow flame for 2 mins and then switch it off. Cover the pot with a lid and leave for few mind and then sip it.
You can have it thrice daily to reap the benefits out of it.
2)If you don’t want to sip on hot, simply add 2 tbsp fennel seeds to a glass of water and let it soak overnight and drink it early morning as soon as you wake up after straining it. If you wish you can also boil it for a while and can have it.
It has a licorice like flavor and you feel the sweet taste after chewing it. Fennel taken in any form gives the benefits. So if you don’t have enough time to make tea you can eat it raw. Or you can prepare a bottle of tea and store it in the fridge for later use.
