Is Exercise Really Necessary??

How many times you thought of exercising just because everyone else says so??

I believe every time, you don’t want to do it but you have to do it as it is the only way of losing weight. My parents wants me to lose weight so I took a club membership. I am not getting married as I am too chubby so I am going for Zumba, I don’t have friends as I don’t look the way they are so I am signing up for some health membership.

Do you really have to be of certain size to make others happy??If someone can’t accept you the way you are then the fact is they don’t love you. No one be it your friends,family or for that matter say anyone has the right to comment on your size until and unless they are really concerned about your health.

I am not here to debate about how to understand someone’s concern or feelings. I just want you to understand the need of exercise. Whoever you are male or female irrespective of any size you are, you must exercise and for that matter lets say be physically active everyday. You have to do it for your own good as you really want to be healthy not keeping in mind to please anyone else. Its really not necessary that you have to get a gym membership or you have to pay a huge amount to those health centers. You can exercise anytime anywhere maybe at your home only just engage yourself into anything that needs you to move a lot.

Dance, Yoga, Cycling, Aerobics, Swimming, Running, Jogging, Walking, Spinning anything that involves some physical movement would serve the purpose. Do it because your body needs to be physically active,if you wish you could also get someone to do the same with you. As a family we all should be physically active and doing it together actually motivates each other. Make it a part of your lifestyle and enjoy as you deserve to be happy and nothing else matters. Do anything that makes you happy and at the same time keeps you moving. You should not force yourself to do something that you don’t like and get easily bored.

Moreover Exercise not only makes you healthy physically but also boost your mental health at the same time. You feel good about yourself and in the long run you would witness major changes. Surround yourself with people who spreads positive vibes around instead of being with some one who just keep on commenting about your dress size. It doesn’t really matter how much you weigh on the weighing scale rather look how productive you are in the entire day. Small steps brings major changes in our life and we all must understand that. You can’t wake up one morning and start running a marathon. It all needs time and patience and you simply have to put in all your effort so that one day you can actually achieve what you wanted.

So, keep moving and enjoy every Second of your life..
