Suji Uttapam

Do you really want to have some healthy breakfast and looking for some quick options. Today I thought  of sharing a very simple yet tasty and nutritious recipe which you can easily try anytime.

Ingredients required:

Suji(Semolina)-1 cup
Yogurt-2 to 3 tbsp
Salt-1/4 tbsp
Water-1/2 cup or as required
Peas- to garnish
Onions-1 no’s finely chopped
Tomatoes-1 no’s roughly chopped
Coriander leaves-2 tbsp to garnish

Procedure:

1)In a bowl take suji and mix salt in it with the help of a spoon.

2)add curd(yogurt) to it and mix well

3)add water to get the proper consistency to spread the batter

4)leave the batter for 10 mins

5)heat the pan on the gas stove and pour the batter spread it don’t make it too thin

6)add onion,tomatoes,peas and coriander to the above side and let the bottom cook

7)apply a tbsp of oil around the uttapam

8) once the bottom is cooked just flip it over and let the other side cook as well

9)Serve it warm with any chutney if your taste.

10)If you want you can also add chilli to the toppings with other veggies.
